Screening:

Before our first session we will have a 10 minutes phone conversation. This will help both of us to understand if my services fit your needs.

Video or In-person visit:

Our sessions are video visits, but in-person visits will be available for New York City patients upon request.

Insurance:

Dr. Omidvari is an out of network Psychiatrist and at this facility doesn’t accept insurance. The payment is due at the end of each session but superbill will be provided for reimbursement of your out-of-network benefits with your insurance.

Fees/Sliding Scale:

Intake( first session): 450$

Follow up session: Medication management: 250$, Psychotherapy( with or without medication management): 300$

Sliding scale is available.

Payment method:

Fees can be paid by Cash, Major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Cashapp.
